This class covers the entire process from start to finish: creating fresh ricotta cheese, mixing the signature crispy shell dough, deep-frying the "little tubes," and assembling your own personalized Italian pastry delights . You'll learn the history of this iconic dessert, and explore traditional versus modern variations. Each student will leave with four handcrafted cannoli shells filled with sweetened ricotta, ready to enjoy or box up.
